What is so different about cellulite, isn’t fat just fat?

Most doctors and clinicians will tell you that fat is fat. But if that were the case regular fat would be dimpled in appearance as well.

What are the benefits of cellulite massage?

Cellulite massage breaks down toxins. The appearance and texture of the skin are improved.

What do I need to do before a cellulite massage session?

It is best to refrain from eating a heavy meal or any meal at all for an hour or two prior to your session. Not only will you be more comfortable but the body won’t have to work at digesting the food.

What can I expect during a cellulite massage session?

Through a process of deep tissue techniques these hardened pockets can be broken down and smoothed.

What can I expect after a cellulite massage session?

You can expect some bruising of the skin which will stimulate the growth of new tissue.

Is there anything special I need to do after a cellulite massage session?

Since massage flushes the toxins into the bloodstream drinking plenty of water is an absolute must. Please see guidelines for water

Can’t I just lose weight to get rid of the cellulite?

You can lose the weight but chances are the cellulite will remain. Remember, toxins live in cellulite so until you break down the toxins through massage and diet your cellulite will remain.
